Description

- Monitor Monitor system of hosting servers and cloud
- Receive customer information and support troubleshooting system related problems through live chat, switchboard and Ticket
- Participate in research and implementation of new solutions and new technologies in the field of systems (hosting, vps, server)

Request

- Fresher, Junior, Senior (1-3 years of experience)
- Graduated from university in IT-related disciplines, able to learn quickly, work independently and in groups.
- Preferably have LPI certificate or have experience using linux, unix system.
- Experience in Apache / Nginx, PHP, MySQL...
- Prior knowledge of Network, TCP/IP is preferred
- Prefer to have basic knowledge of control panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, ...
